Job Description
IT Systemspecialist
Your tasks
- Planning and operating complex IT systems to meet customer specifications and meet SLAs defined with customers
- Integration and configuration of complex IT systems into new and existing infrastructures
- Specialization in specific areas of responsibility within an IT environment (e.g. hardware virtualization networks operating systems or applications) with the aim of taking on responsibility as a service owner
- Detailed documentation of IT systems and processes
- Consideration of information security aspects
- Collaboration in projects and on a casebycase basis as a subproject manager
- Coordination with specialist departments service providers and suppliers
- Preparation of procurements in cooperation with purchasing for hardware and software components
- Carrying out error analyses and troubleshooting in your own area of responsibility
- Assisting in the definition development and maintenance of processes tools facilities and technologies
Your qualifications
- Completed training as an IT specialist (IHK) completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification
- Technical and methodological competence:
- Several years of professional experience in network and/or server administration client administration and/or IT service
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Basic knowledge of project management
- Confident knowledge of German and English both written and spoken
- Social skills:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and resolve conflicts
- Structured and analytical way of working
- Independence and reliability
- High problemsolving orientation
- Serviceoriented mindset
- Personal effect:
- Customers and serviceoriented appearance
