Maintenance Manager
To manage and supervise all the maintenance and special projects to all buildings land equipment and vehicles to insure the property plant and equipment is available to meet the quality and delivery requirements needed from the plant in the most cost effective manner possible.
Role & Responsibility
Facility Maintenance
- Provide the necessary maintenance programs to support the Quality and Delivery requirements of the plant.
- Total productive maintenance process owner
- Responsible for acquiring required material handling equipment.
- Direct and assist subordinate area supervisor electronic technicians and schedule expeditor to ensure the effective operation of the maintenance function of the facility.
- Ensure a safe working and comfortable environment.
- Work with city state and federal departments to insure company is in compliance with all regulations.
Project Coordination
- Responsible for coordinating projects involving the engineering construction remodeling and conservation of company properties to include land buildings and equipment.
- Coordinate the services of noncompany engineers architects consultants and contractors for those programs and projects necessitating outside assistance.
- Direct responsibility for ensuring alignment with other departments to achieve company goals.
Job Requirement
- Any bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience accepted.
- 7>10 years’ experience in operations supervision and people development.
- Knowledge Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Knowledge of Mechanics Hydraulics Electrical and Electronics.
- Competent managing and developing people.
- Fluent in English and Spanish – verbal and written
- Less than 10% travel required. Upfront travel for training.
- Ability to work offshifts and overtime.
