Job Description
Job Title: IT Technical Writer / Systems Analyst
Location: Richmond Virginia/Hybrid
Duration: 1 years
*Candidate must also be able to work onsite 23 days/week.
The candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Project
The candidate must be proficient in realtime delivery of training programs.
The candidate must have experience in creating recordings of training programs that can be used on demand by the target audience.
PMP Certification through PMI or Qualified under client Standards for IT Project Managers.
Experience with VITAs Commonwealth Technology Portfolio (CTP) system and process is strongly preferred.
Preferred:
CBAP and/or CSPO Certification
Experience using Team Foundation Server for agile software development and work item tracking
Experience with automated testing tools such as Test Complete
