Require travel outside the Harrisburg area. Client provides assistance to the 67 County Children and Youth Agencies and four Regional Offices in Harrisburg Pittsburgh Philadelphia and Scranton.

Required/Desired Skills

Skill Required/Desired Amount of Experience Experience in developing business functional and user requirements for IT systems. Required 7 Years Knowledge of business analysis process principles practices and techniques. Required 7 Years Knowledge of software development lifecycle with focus on the user requirements and UAT. Required 0 Microsoft programs (Excel Word PowerPoint Access and Outlook) Required 0 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Required 0 Must be fluent in English and be able to be clearly understood over the phone as well as in written communications. Required 0 Knowledge/experience relevant to Project Management needs. Required 0 Experience performing similar work in the Child Welfare or other Human Services Field. Highly desired 0 IIBA certification Highly desired 0
