Job Description
Job Title: SAP FSM Consultant (14 Years)
Location: Mason OH (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements for SAP FSM PM and SM modules.
Lead and execute functional implementation of SAP FSM solutions ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems.
Design and configure SAP FSM functionalities to meet client business needs ensuring scalability and performance.
Provide subject matter expertise on SAP Field Service Management including key processes configurations and best practices.
Support the integration of FSM with other SAP modules (PM/SM) and thirdparty tools as needed.
Conduct fitgap analysis and ensure alignment between business processes and SAP functionalities.
Drive workshops training sessions and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth adoption of the solution.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues postimplementation offering continuous support and enhancements.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including functional specifications process flows and test scripts.
Required Skills & Experience:
10 years of overall experience in SAP specifically in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) SM (Service Management) and FSM (Field Service Management).
Mandatory handson experience in implementing and configuring SAP FSM solutions.
Proven experience in functional implementation projects with a deep understanding of SAP business processes.
Strong understanding of SAP integration capabilities with other modules and systems.
Ability to analyze business processes identify gaps and recommend optimized solutions.
Experience with stakeholder management including gathering and translating business requirements into SAP configurations.
Exceptional problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues effectively.
Strong communication documentation and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP FSM Certification is a plus.
Experience in hybrid project delivery models.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integrations and upgrade projects.
