Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior SAP PM Consultant with indepth expertise in SAP S/4 HANA implementation and SAP Plant Maintenance. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience configuring SAP PM solutions integrating them with other SAP modules and ensuring that maintenance operations comply with industry standards particularly in the pharma sector. Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA or SAP PM are advantageous.

Solution Design and Configuration: Lead the design and configuration of the SAP PM module in S/4 HANA to streamline and optimize plant maintenance processes. Integrate SAP PM with other modules such as MM, FI/CO, PP, and QM to ensure cohesive business processes. Configure maintenance plans, preventive maintenance, and work order processing to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. S/4 HANA Implementation: Participate in S/4 HANA implementation projects, focusing on plant maintenance and integrating PM with other processes. Work on all phases of implementation, from gathering requirements and blueprinting to go-live and post-go-live support. Maintenance Management: Implement solutions for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and asset management. Optimize maintenance planning and scheduling to improve asset reliability and reduce downtime. Implement best practices for tracking and managing maintenance costs, ensuring high asset performance and availability. Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans for the SAP PM module, ensuring integration with other SAP modules. Support data migration and validation activities during the S/4 HANA implementation, ensuring accurate migration of historical maintenance data. Training and Support: Conduct user training sessions for end-users, super-users, and other stakeholders on SAP PM functionalities and processes. Provide post-go-live support and resolve any issues related to the SAP PM configuration, customization, or process flows. Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable SAP solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, and third-party vendors) to ensure successful project delivery. Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP PM configuration and implementation. At least 1 year of hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP PM functionalities, including equipment management, maintenance plans, work orders, and preventive maintenance. Experience in integrating SAP PM with FI/CO, MM, PP, and QM modules. Knowledge of asset lifecycle management, maintenance KPIs, and SAP reporting tools for maintenance activities. Certifications: SAP certification in SAP PM or S/4 HANA is highly desirable. Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex maintenance issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the pharma industry, including knowledge of FDA and GxP compliance for plant operations. Experience with EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and ISO 55000 standards. Knowledge of condition-based maintenance and the use of sensors/IoT for predictive maintenance.
