Job Description
This role requires someone who is somewhat familiar with the foundations of software development familiar with multiple tools that are used for troubleshooting different proceses and altering application configuration accordingly. This person will work closely with the developing team and operations team.

- Basic understanding of development principles
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Familiar with handling JSON files
- Familiar with AWS services such as DynamoDB and Cognito
- Ability to use browser developer tools for debugging purposes such as checking application logs and network trafficGood communication skills open to collaborate with other teams
- Basic understanding of relational databases and query languages such as SQL
- Familiarity with RESTful API services
