- Conduct strategic cold calls to potential property sellers in designated zip codes representing our client with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Implement effective lead generation techniques to identify and qualify prospects interested in selling their properties
- Schedule highvalue appointments for our real estate agent to meet with potential sellers maximizing their time and closing potential
- Gather comprehensive contact information and relevant details about leads ensuring a smooth handover process
- Perform targeted research to uncover potential sellers in specific farming areas expanding our client s network
- Maintain meticulous records of all interactions call outcomes and lead statuses using provided tools and systems
- Provide regular insightful updates on lead generation activities including performance metrics and market insights
- Adapt quickly to evolving strategies and target markets based on client feedback and market trends
- Collaborate closely with the real estate agent to understand and align with their preferences and business goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing with a strong preference for candidates with real estate industry background
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections professionally
- Selfmotivated individual capable of working independently and managing time effectively in a remote environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic lead generation techniques and online research methods
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies
- Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Resilient and positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection and maintain enthusiasm
- Flexible availability to work 20 hours per week typically spread across Monday to Friday
