We are seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented Client Onboarding Manager to join our Client Success department.
Job Overview
The Client Onboarding Success Partner is responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new clients. This role involves coordinating with various departments to facilitate a smooth transition from sales to operations managing client expectations and setting the foundation for a successful longterm partnership. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills excellent communication abilities and a clientcentric mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding Process Management: Oversee the entire client onboarding process from initial contract signing to full integration into our services.
- Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase addressing any questions or concerns.
- Documentation and Training: Prepare and deliver onboarding documentation training materials and resources to clients to ensure they are fully equipped to use our services.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales operations and technical teams to ensure all client requirements are met and any issues are promptly resolved.
- Project Management: Develop and manage onboarding project plans timelines and deliverables ensuring all milestones are achieved.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with new clients setting the stage for longterm success and satisfaction.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from clients about the onboarding process and use it to continuously improve our procedures and client experience.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
- Experience: 35 years of experience in client onboarding project management or a related role. Experience in the staffing or outsourcing industry is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and project management tools
- Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
