Summary
We are looking for a passionate experienced and proactive Accounts Receivable Assistant in a Permanent Fulltime position with possibility of flexible work arrangements. Taking on all ARrelated duties you will be the goto person for this area while reporting to the Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly Invoicing
- Processing Remittances
- Client Contracts process new contracts and contract changes and related administration
- Credit Checks process credit checks for new clients
- Credit Management regularly checking overdue invoices and following up with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Reporting Aged Debts along with identifying delinquent Debtors
- Following up aged debtors clients and closing out late payments
- Client Queries
- Monthly Statements
- Assist with EOM processes as required
- Assist AP when necessary learning the AP function to help cover leave etc.
- Carry out tasks as required by the Finance Manager.

Skills Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in accounts receivable
- Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving skills coupled with exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills including the ability to work independently and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders team members and colleagues.
- Highly developed communication skills both written and oral.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office suite of programs including word excel Power Point and outlook.
- Previous experience with Cleaning/Facilities Services Industry is preferred.
- Previous experience with TemplaCMS or similar contract management systems is preferred.
- Australian experience is preferred.

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM6:00 PM (AEST) 7:00 AM4:00 PM (PH Time)
