Paradigm is seeking an experienced Electrical Test Technician to support our clients videoconferencing hardware engineering team onsite in Austin TX. In this role you will be responsible for a variety of tasks under the direction and guidance of electrical engineers and in conjunction with mechanical and software and other engineering partners. This role includes but is not limited to boardlevel testing debug of electronics minor electronic board rework (soldering) configuration of software and system hardware parameters and testing of videoconferencing systems. Support for compliance testing at an external local 3rd party lab is also an important aspect of this role. Candidates with experience in prototyping work or in an R&D environment are highly preferred. Besides technical knowledge the ideal candidate for this role will have strong interpersonal communication and problemsolving with a proactive and selfdirected mindset.

Requirements
