Senior Workday Systems Analyst Remote

Reporting to the Manager of HR Systems Management you will have the chance to experiment drive innovation and contribute to meaningful organizational transformation.

Salaried: $57 to $60 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $58 to $71 per hour.
12month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to design configure and maintain Workday solutions in a mature Workday ecosystem.
Engage stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements ensuring a focus on highimpact highvalue deliverables.
Propose innovative enhancements to optimize HR processes increase automation and improve the Talent Management and Development user experience.
Maintain comprehensive system documentation including workflows configurations and operating procedures.
Manage organize and track requests in the JIRA system ensuring efficient workflow and resolution.
Participate in the Workday Community platform to stay updated on the latest enhancements and industry best practices.
What you will need to succeed:
5 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience with Workday configuration with a focus on optimizing the Workday ecosystem.
Handson expertise across multiple functional areas such as:
Core Human Capital Management (HCM);
Time Tracking and Absence Management (TTAM);
Compensation and Annual Cycle;
Workday Everywhere;
Employee Self Service features and functions.
Proficiency in Reporting and Security in Workday
Proficiency in tools and technologies such as Workday JIRA Cloud/onprem and Microsoft Suite.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
Outofthebox thinker with a creative approach to challenges and problemsolving.
Exceptional attention to detail ensuring data integrity and highquality work.
Curiosity and adaptability to learn and apply new technologies and methodologies.
