Role Overview

As a Client Partner Infrastructure/Cloud (BFS) you will play a pivotal role in driving growth within the Banking and Financial Services domain. This clientfacing role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure cloud technologies and the unique demands of BFS organizations. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders crafting innovative solutions and driving transformational deals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:

    • Understand and address the scale and complexity of operational and commercial requirements within BFS clients.
    • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for cloud and infrastructure engagements that align with client business objectives.
  • Technical Expertise:

    • Leverage indepth knowledge of the cloud and infrastructure portfolio including past experience with complex largescale deals governed by SLAs and compliance frameworks.
    • Engage with hardware ISV (Independent Software Vendors) CSPs (Cloud Service Providers) and managed hosting partners to drive collaborative success.
  • Relationship Management:

    • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders ensuring client satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
    • Demonstrate thought leadership and instill confidence through expertise and credibility.
  • Operational Excellence:

    • Establish a robust governance structure to oversee delivery excellence and SLA adherence.
    • Implement innovative solutions that optimize client infrastructure/cloud budgets while delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Market Differentiation:

    • Clearly articulate the unique value proposition in the crowded infrastructure/cloud services space.
    • Develop and showcase strategies that meet BFSspecific needs and stand out in the market.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 18 years of professional experience including a strong track record in infrastructure and cloud services delivery.
  • Proven expertise in managing largescale transformation programs within the BFS domain.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop a substantial portfolio of infra/cloud engagements over time.
  • Extensive network of relationships with key decisionmakers in the BFS industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate business and technical value propositions effectively.
