The Senior Business Solutions Advisor is a team role within MH Besium s sales team responsible for setting the standard for excellence in client acquisition and sales strategy. In addition to directly onboarding new clients you ll support and mentor Junior Business Solutions Advisors fostering a culture of collaboration and success. You ll use your expertise in sales and leadership to develop innovative strategies achieve ambitious targets and contribute to the company s overall growth.
This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals with a passion for leadership and a track record of success in client acquisition and business development.
Requirements
- Personally onboard 30 50 new clients per week demonstrating effective sales techniques.
- Proactively approach local business owners to promote MH Besium s bookkeeping and payroll solutions.
- Understand client needs and present customized solutions to address their challenges.
- Build longterm relationships with clients ensuring satisfaction and continued partnership.
- Provide guidance and support to Junior Business Solutions Advisors helping them achieve their sales targets.
- Conduct training sessions and share best practices to improve overall team performance.
- Foster a positive highenergy environment that encourages team members to excel.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and optimize client acquisition processes.
- Analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Deliver detailed weekly reports on personal and team performance to the leadership team.
- Represent MH Besium at networking events trade shows and community activities to promote services.
- Act as a trusted ambassador of MH Besium maintaining professionalism and approachability.

Proactively engage with local business owners via in-person visits, calls, or digital outreach to introduce MH Besium s services. Clearly explain the benefits of our bookkeeping and payroll solutions, tailoring your approach to address the unique needs of each client. Successfully onboard a minimum of 48 new clients per week by guiding them through the registration and setup process. Ensure clients have a seamless experience during onboarding, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients to establish trust and credibility. Act as a resource for small business owners, positioning MH Besium as a valued partner in their success. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions, onboardings, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Provide daily progress updates to the Senior Solutions Advisor, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales or client acquisition, pre
