As a Junior Business Solutions Advisor you will be the frontline ambassador of MH Besium directly contributing to our mission by engaging with local business owners explaining our services and onboarding new clients. Your work will have a tangible impact on the growth and success of both our company and the businesses we serve.
The Junior Business Solutions Advisor is responsible for directly acquiring and onboarding new clients. This is a dynamic fastpaced role requiring exceptional communication sales and organizational skills. As the first point of contact for many prospective clients you will represent MH Besium s brand and solutions helping local businesses understand how our services can simplify their financial management and fuel their growth.
You will work closely with the Senior Solutions Advisor receive ongoing training and be empowered to meet ambitious sales targets in a supportive and innovative environment.
Requirements
- Proactively engage with local business owners via inperson visits calls or digital outreach to introduce MH Besium s services.
- Clearly explain the benefits of our bookkeeping and payroll solutions tailoring your approach to address the unique needs of each client.
- Successfully onboard of 36 48 new clients per week by guiding them through the registration and setup process.
- Ensure clients have a seamless experience during onboarding addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients to establish trust and credibility.
- Act as a resource for small business owners positioning MH Besium as a valued partner in their success.
- Maintain accurate uptodate records of all interactions onboardings and followups using CRM tools.
- Provide daily progress updates to the Senior Solutions Advisor highlighting successes challenges and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or client acquisition preferably in professional services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and maintaining detailed client records.
