As an Arborist EWP / Climber or Groundy you ll play a crucial role in maintaining trees across residential and corporate sites. Youll provide expert tree care ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities (Arborist EWP / Climber):
- Represent our core values and passion for trees and people.
- Tree pruning and deadwood removal Climbing trees for safe tree dismantling.
- Safe tree felling understanding risk profiles
- Client communication to understand and deliver project requirements
- Site cleanup and equipment maintenance
- Completing risk assessments and ensuring WHS standards are met
Key Responsibilities (Groundy):
- Represent our core values and passion for trees and people.
- Tree pruning and deadwood removal
- Assistance of safe tree felling
- Operation of wood chipper and associated equipment
- Site cleanup and equipment maintenance
- Completing risk assessments and ensuring WHS standards are met
- Hours of Operation: 5 days per week 8 hours per day.(flexible work arrangements).
- Arborist EPW / Climber Salary: $40 to $45 plus bonuses
- Groundy Pay Rate: $32$40 per hour plus bonuses
- Location: Majority of work in Brisbane South Logan and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Climbing experience (essential for Arborist)
- EWP (essential for Arborist)
- Certificate 3 in Arboriculture (essential for Arborist).
- MR Licence (optional)
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
