What you will be doing:
- Preparation of invoices
- Analysis and preparation for billing of accounts
- Maintenance of guest ledger
- Accuracy and maintenance of Accounts Receivable filing system
- Cash and sales reconciliation
- Other duties supporting the finance team
- Hourly rate $26.72
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- A minimum of two years recent (in the last five years) combined experience in Accounting and/or Front Office in a hotel of comparable size and level of guest service
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Completely fluent English language skills; both written and verbal
- Demonstrated a high level of responsibility and commitment
- A clear precise polite and helpful telephone manner
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- A team player with proven success in relationship building
- Commitment to provide excellent service and exceed guests expectations
- Proficiency of Property Manager MS Word Excel and Outlook required
- Must be recommended on the Heart of the House SRI
