First impressions are everything! As a Receptionist you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager you will be assisting guests upon arrival ensuring the smooth check in and check out and assisting them with any queries throughout their stay.
As a Receptionist your primary responsibilities will include:
We are looking for a special someone with a passion for people and providing impressive service to join our front office team on a full time basis. This full time role is working across a rotating 7 day roster waged at $25.94 per hour.
Qualifications :
You will ideally have previous experience as a receptionist in a hotel environment however not essential. In addition:
