Requirements
*Completed studies in Business Administration Computer Science or related field
*3 years of experience in business analyst role with focus on the aviation industry and requirements management
*Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with experience in service requirements and system requirements management
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and nontechnical audiences
*Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and tools (e.g. JIRA Trello)
*Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g. IBM DOORS JIRA) and databases (e.g. SQL NoSQL)
Tasks & Responsibilities
*Gather and analyze data to identify and document service/system requirements for aviation projects
*Work closely with stakeholders to understand and define business requirements and processes ensuring that they align with project goals and objectives
*Manage the requirements traceability matrix to ensure that all requirements are traceable testable and verifiable
*Develop and implement datadriven solutions to support decisionmaking improve business performance and achieve strategic goals
*Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop project plans and prioritize tasks ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
*Continuously monitor and evaluate industry trends and emerging technologies and recommend new tools and methodologies to improve requirements management processes
