We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineering leader who excels in designing and delivering innovative scalable software solutions for millions of customers. What does the job involve
- Lead and mentor engineering teams to design develop and deploy highperformance missioncritical systems with a focus on scalability reliability and security.
- Architect implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and deployment processes.
- Champion best practices for code quality performance monitoring security and automation to ensure the delivery of robust software.
- Build and maintain distributed systems and microservices architectures that scale efficiently to meet the demands of millions of users.
- Collaborate with product and crossfunctional teams to deliver new features and improve system functionality.
- Drive initiatives to reduce system complexity improve system resilience and ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Actively participate in technical discussions and decisionmaking to improve software design and architecture.
- Partner with stakeholders to align engineering goals with business priorities ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience leading and scaling crossfunctional engineering teams.
- Strong mentorship skills with the ability to coach and develop engineering talent.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices compliance standards and data privacy regulations.
- Handson experience with payments systems including card processing and integration.
