DevOps Engineer

Requirements

• You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in the design implementation and maintenance of infrastructures in a DevOps context.
• Sound knowledge of the automation of deployment processes and the use of appropriate tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes Jenkins)
• Initial practical experience with cloud services containerisation infrastructure as code monitoring tools.
• Programming skills in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g. Python Bash PowerShell).
• Programming skills in an objectoriented language such as C# .NET or Java.
• Knowledge of versioning with SVN and GIT.
• Analytical thinking problemsolving skills and a structured way of working.
• Strong communication skills ability to work in a team and initiative.
• You speak German on at least a C1 level

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Establishment and further development of DevOps practices and processes for our software
• Design and implementation of a modern and scalable system landscape for product development
• Automation of build test and deployment processes to improve efficiency and quality
• Working closely with the development team to integrate DevOps practices into the development cycle
• Identifying potential for improvement and implementing optimisation measures in the area of infrastructure and operations
• Ensuring the security scalability availability and performance of the systems
