Job Description

What does the job involve
- Take ownership of a dedicated portfolio of sellers becoming their goto partner for success.
- Drive revenue growth by upselling solutions such as: Anka Shipping Anka Pay and Anka Marketplace.
- Provide timely and highquality responses to seller inquiries ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Lead biweekly webinars to engage and educate sellers.
Qualifications
- 5 years proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales Manager for high value customers.
- Familiarity with working with a CRM (Intercom salesforce etc).
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken in English and French).
- Strong knowledge of working with Excel PowerPoint and Word.
- Data driven and able to manipulate and translate data to guide decision making.
- You thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment preferably with experience in a startup.
- You are ready to roll up your sleeves and take initiatives.
