Job Description

Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location:
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1800 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Operations Coordinator to support our sales and operations teams. This role involves managing customer interactions coordinating orders and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fastpaced environment and bring strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email (5075 calls/day and 5075 emails/day).
  • Accurately enter customer orders into the companys ERP system.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and resolve issues or delays in order processing.
  • Support the development and improvement of operational processes.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with special projects or tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service administration or operations roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams Outlook Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Customercentric mindset with professional phone and email etiquette.


Preferred Skills:

  • Neutral accent and strong phone communication skills.
  • Customer service experience especially in transportation or trucking industries.
  • Familiarity with routing and dispatching.
