Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a Web Operations Manager fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or onsite at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.
Your tasks:
- Adoption of M365 services as well as creation and management of M365 solutions (Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive Business PowerApps);
- Creation and management of wiki collaborative sites and content management systems in general;
- Collection and technical analysis of business requirements in view of providing adequate solutions within the M365 platform;
- Support to users in the usage of M365 tools;
- Implementation of solutions on existing technical platforms including customisations required;
- Frequent review of existing platform usage correcting misalignments while coordination with the space users.
Requirements
- University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 15 years;
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint sites and its content administration;
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Teams and its content administration;
- At least 1 year of experience with writing enduser documentation;
- Good knowledge of Confluence wikis and its content administration;
- Experience with enduser guidance;
- Knowledge of business process analysis;
- Awareness of software development and service methodologies (e.g. Agile ITIL);
- Excellent command of the English language.
