Job Overview:
Looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer to lead our AI initiatives and contribute to the development of cuttingedge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning deep learning and data science along with proven experience in designing and implementing AI systems at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and implementation of AI algorithms and models to address complex business challenges
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and develop AIdriven solutions that align with strategic objectives
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the AI engineering team fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
- Conduct research and experimentation to explore new AI techniques algorithms and technologies and drive innovation within the organization
- Architect scalable and efficient software architectures for AI applications considering factors such as performance reliability and scalability
- Ensure the quality and reliability of AI systems through rigorous testing validation and optimization efforts
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in AI machine learning and related fields and incorporate them into the development process
- Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize AI initiatives based on business impact
Requirements:
- Masters or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science Engineering Statistics or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI engineering with a proven track record of designing and implementing AI solutions in realworld applications
- Expertise in machine learning techniques such as supervised learning unsupervised learning reinforcement learning and deep learning
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development such as Python Java or C
- Handson experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn or Keras
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles including software design data structures and algorithms
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and data sets
- Effective communication and leadership abilities with the capacity to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with DevOps practices
- Previous experience in leading AI projects or teams
- Contributions to the AI research community such as publications patents or opensource projects
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and experience deploying AI models in production environments
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Hadoop Spark or Kafka
