Job Overview:
As a Service Desk Trainee you will gain structured training on IT support operations. You will assist in providing firstlevel technical support to users managing hardware software and networkrelated issues while learning to solve common IT challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to service desk tickets troubleshooting software hardware and network problems.
- Learn to prioritize and resolve common IT issues such as printer errors connectivity problems and software installation issues.
- Help with setting up workstations laptops and other peripherals.
- Assist in monitoring and managing basic network operations.
- Document incidents and resolutions in the service desk system and ensure user satisfaction with timely responses.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows Mac OS) and common software.
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as IP addressing DNS and DHCP.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical problemsolving abilities.
- A degree In progress in computer science IT or a related field.
