Job Description

Bayantech is excited to introduce a new opportunity for a MidLevel UI/UX Designer within our organization. This role aims to bridge the gap between junior and senior designers providing a platform for growth while contributing significantly to the enhancement of userfriendly and visually striking designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance the overall user experience of our products and services.
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences.
  • Develop wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs for digital interfaces.
  • Create design solutions that align with user goals and business objectives.
  • Ensure design consistency and quality across various projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Advocate for usercentered design principles within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Design HCI or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD Sketch or Figma.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing usercentered design projects.
  • Experience with user research prototyping and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles.
  • Knowledge of frontend development technologies is a plus.
