To support ongoing and upcoming projects they are seeking a resultsoriented Project Manager to lead crossfunctional teams and ensure the delivery of critical projects on time within scope and to the highest standards.
Role Summary:
The Project Manager will take ownership of the endtoend project lifecycle ensuring alignment with organisational goals and delivering measurable outcomes. This role requires strong leadership organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate resources and activities across multiple teams to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project performance addressing risks and issues proactively.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for projectrelated communication and updates.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment.
Governance and Reporting:
- Adhere to governance frameworks and organisational standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and implement best practices.
- Facilitate lessonslearned reviews to enhance future project performance.
Skills and Experience Required:
Essential:
- Proven experience managing medium to largescale projects ideally within infrastructure transportation or technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall PRINCE2).
- Excellent leadership organisational and timemanagement skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Desirable:
- Experience managing projects within a regulatory or highly structured environment.
- Relevant project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 Practitioner).
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives or operational technology projects.
