Your Impact & Contributions:
- Shape and implement strategic tax planning initiatives that drive business growth and optimize tax positions
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals fostering innovation and professional development
- Spearhead tax research on complex issues providing actionable insights for business decisions
- Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy in tax compliance
- Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders including external auditors and tax authorities
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Track record of leading successful tax strategies and compliance initiatives
- Experience in construction industry taxation preferred
- Strong background in corporate tax planning and risk management
- Proven ability to build and mentor highperforming teams
- CPA certification with deep knowledge of tax regulations
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (Masters in Taxation preferred)
