Are you an experienced sales leader ready to build and lead an outbound sales team from the ground up This role is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by establishing a highperforming team. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer you will have the resources and support needed to document processes refine approaches and manage a growing sales team of fire chasers and other disaster recovery/property damage claims roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit hire train and manage a new outbound sales team from scratch.
- Implement consistent coaching including daily huddles weekly oneonones and shadowing on sales calls.
- Develop and implement a sales process with clear scripts steps and data tracking.
- Hold the team accountable for achieving company goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Expected Results in the First Year
- Sign large losses through outbound sales at a 30% close rate.
- Achieve 10 claims per month from outbound sales efforts.
- Establish a scalable sales approach to expand into new territories.
Qualifications
- Experience in outbound sales preferably in disaster recovery or property damage claims.
- Proven success in building and managing outbound sales teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Coachable and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Experience with CRM systems with HubSpot knowledge being a plus.
- A clean driving record is required.
