Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 150 outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients.
  • Book 23 appointments daily using an educational approach tailored to customer needs.
  • Build and nurture your own book of business.
  • Identify client concerns quickly provide effective solutions and deescalate issues as needed.
  • Use critical thinking to address client problems and determine the best course of action.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of services and proactively apply this knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions while multitasking during calls.
  • Meet productivity goals and maintain highquality standards in line with call scripts and workflows.

Who You Are

  • 35 years of inside sales experience preferred with home services experience as a plus.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong judgement and decisionmaking skills to address client needs effectively.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and experienced with HubSpot.
  • Comfortable with a preemployment background check.
