Job Description
GrowTalent.com is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Manager QC and Training for their offices in Bogota Colombia.
Position: Manager QC and Training
Location: Bogota Colombia
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead QC and Training departments assigning tasks and guiding review processes for continuous improvement
- Ensure activities meet regulatory standards evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Align team activities with KPIs reduce defects through training and QC monitoring
- Develop and implement quality processes analyze trends and drive service improvements
- Manage performance feedback and budget for QC and Training staff ensuring compliance with standards
- Approve reports present quality/training updates and address complex cases
- Assist in creating review plans and proactively identify process improvements
- Model culture collaborate with HR and departments and ensure compliance with policies
- Oversee recruitment training and performance management of QC and Training teams
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Quality Management Educational Training or related field (Masters preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in English (at least B2) both written and spoken
- Relevant certifications in quality management training or leadership (e.g. ISO 9001 Certified Trainer)
- Extensive experience in quality monitoring training and leadership roles
- Proven ability to manage QC and training departments preferably in iGaming or similar industries
- Strong knowledge of quality standards training methodologies and industry regulations
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
- Exceptional leadership team management and crossfunctional project experience
- Strong strategic planning problemsolving and continuous improvement skills
- Resilient and adaptable in managing challenges within QC and training
