Job Description
Cross Border Talents is looking for a German speaking Customer Support Consultant to work for one of the global leaders in athletic footwear and apparel in Sofia Bulgaria.
Description:
Your role will involve providing customer assistance via incoming calls live chat email and social media channels. Youll serve as a reliable consultant to our customers offering prompt and effective solutions to questions and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trusted Advisor: Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry.
- Query Resolution: Respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues inquiries complaints and comments via multiple channels.
- Clear Communication: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional service ensuring customers are satisfied with the solutions provided while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Process Optimization: Offer feedback and recommendations to optimize internal processes.
What You Need:
- Fluency in German (at least B2) both written and verbal
- Fluency in English (at least B2) both written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills
- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Organizational decisionmaking and analytical skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service center is an advantage but not required
- Availability to work on rotational shifts
