Cross Border Talents is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for passionate individuals! Were hiring Customer Advisors for our partner BPO company to work on an exclusive technical project for a wellknown search engine company (yes that one ).
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Start Date: January 8 2025
Schedule: Rotational 40 hours/week
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM 08:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM
- Days Off: 2 rotational days
Workplace: OnSite

- Language Proficiency: Dutch (native level) & English (B2 level or higher).

- Adaptability: Comfortable with rotational shifts and dynamic workflows.
Your Package & Perks:
- Base Salary: 1100 EUR (14 payments/year)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 120 EUR/month for meeting KPIs
- Complexity Bonus: 135 EUR/month for mastering technical processes
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR/day
- Transport Allowance: 20 EUR/month
- Health Insurance: Coverage from Day 1 (free after 6 months).

Relocation Support:
Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of the contract up to 400 in Economy class
Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months with rent of 280 with all utility bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
