Position Summary:
Assures the delivery of patient care with the skills of an experienced Registered Nurse. Position responsibilities include ensuring continuity of patient care serving as a resource for subordinate staff facilitating problem solving assisting with Quality Improvement Activities staff education and assuring compliance with established policies and procedures and other duties as assigned.

MustHaves:
- Graduate of a Program in Nursing at Bachelors of Science level or higher required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) American Heart Association required upon hire
- Arizona Registered Nurse and/or Compact State Registered Nurse required
- Minimum of 2 years as director of Surgical Services in a critical care hospital required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) American Heart Association required upon hire
NiceToHaves:
- Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) preferred
- 5 years in Surgical Services leadership or leadership in critical care hospital upper management
- Moderate Sedation Certification preferred
