Overview:
Join our client dynamic Colorado team of Civil Engineers in need of a motivated and experienced Project Engineer. This role will be multi focused in land development municipal projects and permitting. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of projects while adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage oil and gas permitting land development and municipal projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including surveyors environmental specialists and other engineers.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Permitting and Compliance:
- Prepare and submit oil and gas permits and related documentation in compliance with local state and federal regulations.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies to ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
Design and Development:
- Oversee the design of land development projects including residential commercial and industrial sites.
- Prepare site plans grading plans and utility layouts using Civil 3D and other relevant software.
Municipal Projects:
- Engage with local municipalities to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Develop engineering solutions for municipal infrastructure projects including roads water supply and wastewater systems.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Maintain effective communication with clients stakeholders and team members.
- Participate in project meetings provide technical expertise and contribute to project decisionmaking.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare technical reports engineering calculations and presentations for clients and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for future reference and audits.

- Qualifications
Bachelors degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university
- Registered PE license in Colorado or 8 10 years experience in municipal land development projects
- Computer skills in Word Excel Bluebeam MS Project Civil 3D ArcGIS Pro
