Job Description

Cross Border Talents is looking for a LATAM Spanish speaking Account Manager for a leading global provider of top class customer experience with relocation to Athens Greece.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary resource for the sales teams and work as the key advisor;
  • Help the sales teams to build maintain and advance sales stages/pipeline and meeting the required opportunity closure ratio;
  • Close Document Cloud & Creative Cloud for Ent. Deals on target accounts within a designated region & leads generated through the SMB team;
  • Attain/overachieve the assigned targets through owning/closing sales deals;
  • Conduct planned outbound calls/campaigns to defined target accounts with a focus on achieving growth through upsell or introducing net new solutions into accounts in the territory (inbound sales activities including handling phone calls and email inquiries from potential customers);
  • Perform cold calling;
  • Utilize your excellent sales skills to close deals and achieve sales targets;
  • Provide exceptional customer support addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales specifically through phone and email channels;
  • Demonstrated ability in cold calling;
  • Excellent customer support skills with a focus on delivering outstanding service;
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer support/sales experience (minimum 6 months of B2B sales experience);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal
  • teams;
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets;
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced and dynamic environment;
  • English is required (B2) LATAM Spanish native;
  • Demonstrate command of product knowledge and the various applications of the product (Tech savvy individual).

  • Between 1560 to 1800 EUR x 14 gross salary per year (12 monthly 1 on Easter 1 splitted in Summer and Christmas)
  • 20% performance bonus (paid quarterly)
