Superintendent Multifamily Construction
Location: Charlotte NC

As we continue to expand our portfolio in Charlotte and the surrounding areas we are looking for a driven Superintendent to help lead some of the most exciting and impactful multifamily projects in the region. Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daytoday onsite construction activities for multifamily projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors vendors and suppliers to ensure highquality outcomes.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Review project plans and specifications proactively addressing any issues to avoid delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress quality and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including clients architects and internal teams.
- Promptly resolve onsite challenges to maintain the project timeline and standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in residential multifamily construction as a Superintendent.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes techniques and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
