Job Description
Old Brick Furniture in Rutland has an immediate need for an energetic and motivated FullTime Sales Associate. This is a fulltime role with a competitive salary shared commissions and comprehensive benefits.
Total Pay is in the $65$70K range and is a mix of base salary weekly shared commissions. The first 30 days also includes a training stipend of $1150.
Here are the compensation details:
Base Salary $528/wk
Weekly Commission Payouts $700$900 range per Sales Associate. There are currently 4 Sales Associates at this location.

The Sales Associate will be working 5 days per week including Saturdays and Sundays. Days off can be consecutive or a mix of two (Mon Fri).
As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive and professional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Deliver a welcoming nopressure retail shopping environment while working as a team.
Engage with customers by asking questions and proposing solutions.
Process sales orders schedule deliveries and assist with financingrelated questions.
Increase personal knowledge of products sales techniques and the industry by participating in routine product and sales training and development.
Requirements:
High energy people person.
Coachable curious learner.
Desire a work/life balance with a 40 hour retail work week.
Attention to detail and a level of accuracy.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Basic computer and math skills.
Available to work weekends evenings and retail holidays.
Prior retail sales experience is preferred but not required. The company is looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and making a positive impact on their customers.
