Your Impact & Contributions:
- Drive operational excellence and quality metrics across a dynamic emergency department

What You Bring to Succeed:
- Youve demonstrated success in emergency department leadership with 3 years of recent acute care ED Director experience
- Youve earned a Bachelors degree in nursing (BSN) and maintain active RN licensure in Texas or a compact state
- Youve completed advanced certifications including BLS ACLS and PALS
- You bring strategic thinking and operational expertise in emergency services
- You excel at building collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams
- You demonstrate strong fiscal management and resource optimization capabilities
- Youre passionate about quality patient care and continuous service improvement
