Location: Athens Greece
Language: Danish (Fluent) & English (B2)

Purpose of the Role

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our Danishspeaking clients. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries and providing support on various web services. Your role will involve managing customer concerns addressing technical issues and ensuring satisfaction through clear communication and problemsolving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound inquiries and provide exceptional support to Danishspeaking customers via phone email or chat.
  • ProblemSolving: Address and resolve customer issues related to web services ensuring all inquiries are managed efficiently and professionally.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide basic troubleshooting support for web services helping customers navigate issues effectively.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions ensuring all communications are logged for future reference.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth workflow escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments and provide feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers issues are resolved in a timely manner striving for high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Danish (native or nearnative level) with B2 proficiency in English.
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
    • Experience in a web services or technical environment is an advantage but not essential.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Danish and English.
    • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Customeroriented attitude with a passion for helping others.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
    • Basic technical knowledge or interest in web services is a plus.
  • Work Schedule:
    • Monday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (shift patterns may apply).

Work Schedule

  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Shift rotations will be in place.
