Our client is searching for a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee multiple local branches, driving success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations at 2 branches, ensuring efficient processes and high performance.
Lead, motivate, and manage teams across both locations to meet and exceed sales targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong client relationships.
Recruit, manage, and train staff, ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
Identify growth opportunities for both branches, driving business development.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Lead by example, offering support and development to team members.
Key Requirements:
Proven managerial experience in real estate
Strong work ethic and drive for results and customer satisfaction.
Ability to motivate and inspire teams across multiple branches.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-focused attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage both branches effectively.
Ability to take constructive criticism and continuously improve.
A team player who fosters a collaborative environment.

As the Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of sales, including property sales, valuations, financial service appointments, sign-ups, conveyancing quotes, and instructions.
Candidate Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience at the branch manager level.
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings.
* Proven experience in sales progression and valuations.
* Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* A valid UK driving license.
