Job Description:
Under direct supervision according to defined procedures and established schedules performs a variety of kitchen cafeteria sanitation and tray line activities.
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
Licensures/Certifications:
Experience:
3 months experience preferred
Skills:
- Ability to work well under time constraints and to work effectively as a team member.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assembles trays serves and delivers food; dispenses beverages and necessary condiments per departmental standards and regulatory agency requirements. Prepares salads sandwiches cold plates and other items that require limited food preparation skills.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen per departmental and regulatory agency policies procedures and standards.
- Operates cleans and unloads dish machines according to policies and procedures. Places in appropriate storage place.
- Washes pots and utensils per departmental and regulatory agency policies procedures and standards.
- Adheres to department policies for proper hygiene and dress code.
- Performs other tasks designated by the Management team.
