Responsibilities and Authorities
Responsible for:
- Maintaining and improving relationships with assigned existing Clients
- Conducting market research and acquiring new Clients as per the given target and directions from the Sales Director
- Orders; from Request for Quotation to Collection of payment and Client feedback
- Requesting quotations from approved Suppliers comparing and selecting quotations
- Calculating cost estimations and providing data to the Administrative Assistant to prepare quotations
- Monitoring market trends and increasing product and service knowledge
- Proposing new products and proposals for pitching to assigned Clients for specific events
- Holding presentations for assigned Clients
- Meeting the individual sales targets
- Submitting sales reports as instructed by the Sales Director
- Positively coaching and mentoring assigned Sales Executives
- Working according to established policies and procedures
- Integrating into the team and contributing to a healthy workplace culture
Authorized to:
- Raise and send out Quotations
- Contact and negotiate with approved suppliers
- Professionally representing the Group in approved organizations meetings and conferences
