Job Description
Our hiring company is one of the leading commodity trader for metals in the region. Due to expansion the Singapore office is looking for an experienced individual in the area of contract management to join its rank as a Contract Specialist Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assist traders with the preparation of contract sheets within stipulated timelines.
- Liaise with trading desk and structured finance team for preparation of contract sheets
- Review of contract sheets for company and liaise with legal counsel if required.
- Prepare documents for registration of pledge/collateral
- Provision of advice for other lawrelated issues of company operations
- Preparation of monthly report for both Company Management and Shareholders.
- Liaison with crossfunctional teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or higher preferably Bachelor of Laws
- At least 2 years of Paralegal experience
- Knowledge on financial terms
- Basic understanding of logistics such as Incoterms
- General understanding of contract requirement for Trading business
- Attention to details
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment
Additional Information:
- $810k monthly
- Office within CBD
