Job Opening: Transport Team Manager for a Renowned Packaging Solutions Provider
Our client a significant player in the corrugated cardboard packaging industry is seeking a Transport Team Manager who will be tasked with the achievement of the organizations transport goals.

Our client is an industryleading provider of packaging solutions for the food and nonfood sectors fresh produce and ecommerce. They are known for their extensive product range fast delivery and custom solutions. They also specialize in inventory management printing services and assembly machines.
Job Description
The Transport Team Manager will play a pivotal role in fulfilling the qualitative and quantitative transport objectives of the organization. The role entails the direct management of 2 fulltime employees specifically the Senior Planner and Team Leader Transport while also having indirect oversight of about 60 employees.
Key responsibilities include steering daily operations in the transport area and focusing on establishing this new role within the company and the new structure within the Transport team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director the Transport Team Manager will be responsible for the entire Transport department. This encompasses customer deliveries and transfer shipments between production sites and warehouses equating to 200 to 300 shipments daily. The Transport Team Leader supervises all drivers and the fleet manager.
