We at Futures.Works are a globally operating hiring platform. We work with specialized teams and our Sales & Account Management team now has various opportunities in Amsterdam for Dutch & German Speakers.
*Speaking or wanting to learn German is required to for helping German clients. Our clients support German Language Classes.
As an Account Manager you are responsible for customer relations and the formulation and design of various campaigns. You have a perfect command of the Dutch language are energetic have the necessary knowledge of business and always work resultoriented.
As an Account Manager you will have direct contact with customers from various branches. You will be in charge of 2030 client accounts from various industries ranging from small businesses to large corporations.
Together with the clients you develop communication strategies based on relationship building and identify the appropriate target group to achieve the set goals.
You know how to create opportunities by finding the golden combination of factors. You are the client buddy from the start and you help them achieve the goals and growth ambitions.
Furthermore as an account manager you will be in charge of contract maintenance and extension. You understand how to detect upsell signals and strive to make the most of the collaboration. This position will help you advance professionally and personally. As an Account Manager your network will expand significantly; you will learn to communicate with various types of organizations and to think strategically with them.
