Job Description
Our client a leader in innovative opensource solutions is excited to recruit a talented FOSS (Free and Open Source Software) Software Developer specialized in the Odoo platform and experienced with cloud technologies.
This challenging fulltime role within their Breda office is an opportunity to become a central figure in a team committed not only to excellence within the Odoo ecosystem but also actively contributing to projects under the Odoo Community Associations umbrella.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cloud Development and Implementation: Lead the implementation and customization of Odoo modules optimizing the use of cloud resources with a focus on technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. You will ensure scalable and resilient application architectures in the cloud.
2. Analysis and ProblemSolving: Combine indepth system analysis with problemsolving skills to provide innovative solutions for complex technical challenges within the Odoo platform and cloud infrastructures.
3. Automation and System Orchestration: Utilize Bash and cloud orchestration tools to create maintain and improve efficient automated operational processes ensuring consistency and reliability across various environments.
4. Collaboration and Community Engagement: Work closely with diverse teams clients and partners including the Odoo Community Association. Share insights and best practices and stay informed of the latest trends and technologies.
Required Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in software development within an Odoo context.
Handson experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Profound expertise in Python JavaScript and the OpenERP framework.
Skill in developing deploying and maintaining solutions in complex cloudbased environments.
Proven proficiency in problemsolving and technical system analysis.
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
