Job Description
Were a specialist recruitment firm is looking for midtosenior Preschool Principals for our client operators in various locations interested candidates are welcome to apply and well contact you for a confidential discussion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of staff and enrollment of students
- Prepare budget and control cost expenditure
- Work within licensing and regulatory requirements
- Coach and mentor fellow teaching professionals to raise productivity and performance.
- Lead team in the planning and execution of curriculum development and delivery
- Teacher and parent management
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Preschool (Leadership)
- Preferably a Degree or Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Prior experience undergoing SPARK certification will be an added advantage
- At least 3 years of experience as a Principal/Vice Principal
- Singaporeans Only
