Job Description
- Preparing and producing food items
- Managing food production
- Assisting the Executive Chef in the daytoday operations of the kitchen
- Preparing menus in collaboration with colleagues
- Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and following the rules of health and safety
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Requirements:
- Past experience working in a similar role.
- Good English language both verbal and written;
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
